With over 15 years of experience in talent development across private, public, and non-profit sectors, I've occupied leadership roles, built teams, advised executives, and collaborated with board members. This diverse background enables me to connect with individuals at all levels and cultivate leaders across organizations, from entry-level professionals to C-suite executives.

 

In 2016, I established Talent Advantage, LLC., driven by my passion for talent development. Recognizing the niche for bespoke consulting services, I specialize in personality and leadership assessments, career and professional development, management and leadership training, succession managament, employee engagement, and onboarding initiatives.
